Here we go! Now that we finally met Aerith in Final Fantasy VII: Remake, we get to experience all the anime love triangley stuff that I barely understood as a kid. Have I gotten any better at understanding how to approach this situation as a grown ass married man? Does knowing what’s at stake change things? Should it?
Well, they really made Aerith really hard to dislike. From her attitude to her interactions with her community and even her bright and colorful environment. All of this stands out that much more in this remake, especially in contrast to Tifa’s attitude, behavior and slum sector. Yet, as some of us already know, there’s more to both sides of this metaphorical coin.
